What to include in correction requests

Include level name, exact field to update, and direct proof (video URL, profile evidence, or official post). Requests without evidence may be delayed or rejected.

Business and policy communication

For business requests, ad-policy concerns, or legal notices, contact staff through Discord and mark the message as "Business" or "Policy" in the first line.

Response times

Most requests are reviewed in queue order. Complex disputes can take longer when additional verification is needed.
